MERCHANDISE

Merchandise can be purchased at time of entry and picked up from the Information Tent on race day.
No merchandise will be available to purchase on race day.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
We understand that sometimes the best laid plans don't always go to...well...plan.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available until the 5th August minus a $20 admin fee. From the 6th August no refunds will be provided but we can transfer to following year (up until 13 August) or to another participant ** (up until 21 August). In the case of Force Majeure, including Covid 19 no refunds will be issued. Your entry will automatically be transferred to a rearranged date.

CHANGES
​Distance changes can be made up until race registration date. Changes to a longer distance will incur the difference in entry fee, and if made after 5 August, the difference will be calculated on the late fee.
